Through The Roof Model 14060 Elastomeric Roof Sealant, Black, 10.5-oz. Cartridge

Through The Roof Model 14060 is a high-performance co-polymer rubber elastomeric sealant engineered to stop roof and gutter leaks permanently. This waterproof sealant bonds instantly to wet surfaces, even in active leaks, and creates an invisible seal that lasts significantly longer than traditional asphalt-based alternatives. Whether you're dealing with a nagging roof leak or preventive maintenance, this black sealant adheres to virtually any roofing material including metal, plastic, asphalt, wood, and concrete.

Roofs experience constant dynamic motion from wind, temperature changes, and weather fluctuations. Most roof caulks dry hard and crack under this movement, but Through The Roof's unique formula stays pliable and flexible, preventing the cracks that lead to new leaks. The sealant can be applied any time of year, even in harsh winter conditions or extreme heat.
